1. What Fixity Kiosk is

Fixity Kiosk ("we", "us") provides a ready-made online store ("your store") that displays products from the ClickBank® marketplace, plus a back office to manage it. You are the owner of your store's content and your ClickBank account. We provide the software, hosting, designs, product catalog and the services included in your plan.

2. Plans, billing and automatic renewal

• Plans are sold as yearly subscriptions: Starter ($97/year), Pro ($197/year) and Done-For-You ($397/year), as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
• You are charged the full yearly price when you sign up. Your plan renews automatically every year on your signup date at the same price, charged to the card on file, until you cancel.
• Charges appear on your card statement as FIXITY.
• Upgrades are charged the price difference for the remainder of your current year; your yearly renewal then continues at the new plan's price.
• Prices are in US dollars. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and your store may be paused until payment succeeds.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel anytime in your back office under Billing → Cancel automatic renewal, in one click. Cancelling stops all future renewals. Your store stays live until the end of the year you've already paid for. You can also cancel by emailing [email protected].

4. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first purchase (or of an upgrade) by emailing [email protected] or messaging us from Help & Support in your back office. We refund that payment in full to the original card. Renewal payments may be refunded if you contact us within 30 days of the renewal date. Once refunded, the related plan or upgrade ends.

5. Commissions and results

Commissions on product sales are earned through your own ClickBank account and are paid to you by ClickBank, not by us. We do not guarantee any level of traffic, sales, or income. Results depend on many factors, including your own marketing. Examples and features describe the service, not expected earnings.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and keep your password private.
• Follow ClickBank's rules, the FTC's endorsement and disclosure rules, and anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM) when you promote your store.
• Don't use your store for spam, misleading health or money claims you add yourself, illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights.
• Only upload images, logos and text you have the right to use.

We may suspend a store that breaks these rules or harms our service or other members.

7. Products and customers

Products shown in stores are sold, delivered and supported by their own vendors through ClickBank, the retailer. Product descriptions come from the vendors' own materials. Questions about a product order, refund or delivery go to ClickBank or the vendor (see the Order & product help page on every store).

8. Done-For-You services

On the Done-For-You plan we write and publish one article per week to your store, design a custom logo on request, register and connect a domain on request (registered for the life of your active plan), and help set up your email list connection. Requests are made from your back office.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep stores online around the clock but can't promise uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features over time. We'll give notice of material changes to these terms or to renewal pricing before your next renewal.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
